- answer telephone, screen and direct calls, and answer emails and other inquiries as necessary - take and relay messages - provide information to callers - greet visitors entering office - direct visitors and clients to correct destination, namely lawyers - deal with queries from the public and clients - ensures knowledge of staff and lawyers' movements - undertake general administrative and clerical support such as remind the management of status of employment contract, office rent agreement, etc. - prepare letters and documents upon request of attorneys and legal assistants and maintain those documents as well as back up all electronic files/documents. - receive and sort mail and deliveries - schedule appointments and maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically - facilitate the preparation of training and organize meetings. - assist in recording incomes and expenditures and keeping books and records in a good manner as instructed and approved by the management - Help producing financial statement upon request of the management - assist and facilitate an audit of funds.
- Follow up the Internet Service Agreement to maintain customers - Deal with customer’s complaints when problems arise. - Sign up/register new customers - Prepare daily report about new customer that Team Sale passed to me as a daily basis for signup. - Maintain original documents of each customer and upload into the system. - Collect customer’s feedback and coordinate with Technical Team to settle problems.
