VAR Monika spent almost for 10 years as a Vice President of a Private Educational Institution (New York International School), in charge of Admin & Human Resources, and Education. Then, he changed his professional career to be a part of Legal Practitioner at Legal Aid of Cambodia for seven years. He holds the position of an Advocacy Officer that was also in charge of project management, including planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. He hold two Master Degrees of Laws, Master of Private Laws from the Royal University of Laws, and Economics. In addition, Monika was awarded one year and two months Australian Government Funded Scholarship where he earned his second Master of Law (LLM) from the Number One Law School in Australia, the University of Melbourne in March 2016. Currently, he's a certified lawyer as well.
